STEPS 3 : PREPARING CODEBOOK

Preparing a codebook involves deciding and documenting which are: 

1. Defining and labelling each of the variables
2. Assigning numbers to each of the possible responses  

                  

Figure 1: Copy all the variables needed from left to the right box as shown below

Figure 2: Then, go to "output" button and select items that you want as your result

Figure 3: Go to " statistic" button and click all box. Then, click OK

Figure 4: This is a codebook for all variable that you have been selected.
