Alhamdulillah, We would like to express our gratitude to Allah swt for granting us the chance to be one of the students in this very special course, PSYC 1998 (Statistics Psychology) this semester. In this blog, we are going to show a step or some tutorial about the process of our group project by running a data on SPSS on Paired Sample T-Test that we have been assign from our lecture. I hope it may bring benefits and a good example for those reading this blog.

INTRODUCTION
In this blog, We decided to use two scales, which are;
1) Memory Functioning Scale Self-Report (MFS-S)
2) Epworth Sleepiness Scale
There were 10 items consist of scale 1 and 8 items in scale 2, this 2 scales which were distributed to 40 respondents, who were all students of IIUM Gombak. The scores were then recorded in SPSS.
In this blog, as listed in the course outline, there will be eight dimensions of SPSS skills that will be assessed, which are:
1. Prepare a CODING STRATEGY
2. Create a DATAFILE and key-in the data3. Prepare a CODEBOOK
4. SCREEN, CLEAN, AND PREPARE
5. RECHECK CODEBOOK and check the STATISTICAL ASSUMPTIONS
6. Conduct the appropriate DESCRIPTIVE AND INFERENTIAL ANALYSES7. REPORT THE RESULTS IN APA FORMAT AND INTERPRET THE RESULTS.
